• The 100th birthday of Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold will be commemorated in Sweden. The Prime Minister, all senior Swedish officials, family and friends will assemble in his summer place in the South to listen to readings from his "Markings," concert music and meditate on the current state of the United Nations compared to the period when the great Secretary General raised its once proud name. Let's all share in our thoughts -- the only agenda item for this month.
