• The 67th Session of the General Assembly opens 18 September framed by the General Debate 25 September. Unless you have serious business, avoid prolonged lines at check-ins (very polite security but time-consuming) and check-outs (very polite diplomats but hurried heads of state).
  
  

• The International Day Against Nuclear Tests in on 29 September (avoid worn-out speeches by those who have no influence whatsoever on launching the tests and those who will not ask our permission when they do).
  
  

• Most heads of state have reserved in hotels, between First and Park Avenues (avoid particularly the area around the Waldorf Towers, overcrowded with more security cars than limousines).
