The greatest risk is when brinkmanship gets miscalculated and misinterpreted into a catastrophic military confrontation. Apparently the most
careful elements are the military who know very well the meaning of war. It is the opportunistic politicians on all sides who take it to the limit, and perhaps not caring for the
catastrophic toll in human tragedies.
